MIFL's approach to product development is client solution-led rather than product-led, advocating for diversification and long-term investing. Our proprietary product development platform, MedInSynC®, allows for the quick identification of new market trends and opportunities as well as removing manual bottlenecks, and enable data-driven decision-making across the R&D pipeline.
Over the past three years, each MedInSynC cycle has attracted 60–70 asset managers as participants, representing over 85% of global AUM.

The Med³® (pronounced "Med-cubed") is Mediolanum International Funds Ltd’s (MIFL) proprietary investment process. It is a rigorous, multi-layered framework designed to ensure high-quality, client-centric investment outcomes across all MIFL-managed funds.

Growth in team skills and competencies - MIFL has made significant investments in sustainability, leadership development, and communication skills enhancement. In 2024 we launched our Talent Development Programme with the objective of strengthening our organisational capabilities, high performance culture and overall company performance.
Team expansion and diversity - The team comprises professionals with diverse backgrounds, enhancing their ability to deliver innovative investment solutions. We are have also established the Mediolanum Investment Academy which is a 24-month long paid programme built for those who are interested in a career in asset management. As part of the programme exceptional young talent will have the opportunity to develop their skills by working alongside experienced investment professionals.
