Mediolanum Investment Academy (MIA) is a 24-month paid programme designed for those aspiring to build a career in asset management. Launched successfully in 2022, the programme is now recruiting for its sixth edition in 2027.
As a participant, you'll join our Investment Performance team and contribute to various projects, gaining hands-on experience across different departments. Despite our growth, the team remains agile, allowing you to collaborate closely with seasoned investment professionals and gain exposure to a wide range of asset classes and investment strategies.
Throughout the programme, you'll receive mentoring and support from key decision-makers, helping you build a strong foundation in investment and accelerate your professional development. At the end of each rotation, your performance will be evaluated based on your contributions, teamwork, and growth. High-performing participants may be offered a permanent role within the Investment Team, ideally aligned with their preferred area.
