Mediolanum Dublin Convention

In September 2026, colleagues from across Mediolanum came together in Dublin under a single, unmistakable message: change isn't coming. It's already here.

"If there is one thing I hope everyone takes away from today, it is this: believe in yourself and in what you are capable of achieving." So our CEO Furio Pietribiasi told this year's Mediolanum Dublin Convention, closing out a day built around the self-evident truth that change isn't coming, it's already here. That the world isn't going back to how it was, and waiting was never a strategy.

The day brought together outside voices and our own people in equal measure. Performance psychologist Jamil Qureshi, who has coached six athletes to world number one and studied astronauts on the NASA Space Program, spoke about learning to move before you feel ready. Former Army Ranger Ray Goggins shared what real mental toughness looks like, built one decision at a time. And in between, colleagues from across the business — from ESG to Equity Research to our Family Bankers in Italy and Spain — told their own stories of change, choice and confidence.

Furio closed the Convention with a rallying call from Banca Mediolanum founder Ennio Doris, "True success is measured not only in economic terms but in the ability to improve the lives of the people around us."
