Inma Conde, Head of ESG, wins Women in Finance Awards

Huge congratulations to our Head of ESG, Inma Conde, who recently won the Best ESG Leadership at the Irish Women In Finance Awards at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Santry, Dublin.

“I’m deeply honoured to receive this award, which highlights my two core passions, ESG investing and advancing women in leadership,” said Inma.

“I’m proud of the impact my work is creating, and grateful to Mediolanum International Funds and Women in Finance for empowering women to lead and be agents of change in our industry.”

Inma has transformed Mediolanum’s €75bn platform by embedding ESG at its core. As the firm’s first Head of ESG, she built the function from scratch, launched €9.4bn in Article 8 and 9 funds, set carbon targets, and redefined stewardship—making sustainable finance integral to business, culture, and clients.

Also nominated for an award was our Head of Product Development, Management and Marketing, Karoline Keane, for Best Female Led Team.

Karoline drives innovation and governance across the product and marketing functions, launching sustainable investment solutions and pioneering inclusive leadership.
