Notice to Unitholders of Mediolanum Morgan Stanley Global Selection

Mediolanum International Funds Limited (the “Manager”), manager of the Fund, wishes to notify Unitholders of Mediolanum Morgan Stanley Global Selection (the “Sub-Fund”) that the Manager, in conjunction with the relevant Portfolio Manager, has determined to re-classify the Sub-Fund as a financial product under Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector (“SFDR”). The Sub-Fund is currently classified as a financial product under Article 6 of the SFDR. In order to constitute an ‘Article 8’ fund, the Sub-Fund must promote environmental or social characteristics (although not exclusively) and invest in companies that follow good governance practices.

With effect from on or about 19^th September 2025 (the “Effective Date”), the investment policy of the Sub-Fund as set out in the Sub-Fund Information Card to the Prospectus will, subject to Central Bank approval, be amended in order to, inter alia, disclose the manner in which the Sub-Fund promotes certain environmental and/or social characteristics and information on how those characteristics are met in a way that meets the specific criteria contained in Article 8 of SFDR. In addition, the Sub-Fund Information Card will include an Annex which includes SFDR-specific information for the benefit of Unitholders. All other key features of the Sub-Fund will remain the same.

The Prospectus will be updated to reflect the above changes (by way of an updated Sub-Fund Information Card, to include the relevant Annex) on the Effective Date, a copy of which will be available at http://www.mifl.ie/products/mediolanum-best-brands.
