Programmes, Initiatives and Practices
The Mediolanum Investment Academy is a 24-month graduate programme launched in 2022 to develop future leaders in asset management, with strong gender balance. We support female talent through the IMI/30% Club Network Mentor Programme, now in its fifth year. Our International Women’s Day townhall celebrates female colleagues and promotes awareness of LGBT+ inclusion. We also host an annual 100 Women in Finance event for female university students in finance and STEM.
Our PRIDE Education Town Hall and Inclusive Leadership Training promote awareness and inclusive decision-making. Through the World of Work Programme and NEIC Summer Work Experience, we support students from underrepresented communities. We also use inclusive language in job ads and published our first Irish gender pay gap report in 2024.
